Module 1: Introduction to
Wholistic Ministry
This module is an introduction to wholistic ministry. We are reminded how the gospel impacts every area of life and our call to love our neighbor. We look at practical steps for how we can get started with loving through Acts of Love. Our goal in this module is to help students understand that God cares about every part of their life and to understand that they need to reach out to show God’s love to their communities.
Video lessons are available for Module 1. These are shortened 12-20 minute versions of the lessons. Click on the lesson below to view the video.
The Teacher Guide is a detailed guide that we give to each of our trainers. It contains full notes of each lesson, including answers to many of the questions.
We typically print visual aids on cardstock and they are used as posters for the class or for interactive group work. The Teacher Guide explains how each is used.
All trainers should receive the full, interactive module. However, pastors may choose to pass the lesson to their congregations as sermons.
